Katy Nishimoto is an Executive Editor at The Dial Press, an imprint of Random House, which she joined in 2019 after 10 years on the agency side at WME. She is looking for emotionally resonant storytelling that entertains, inspires, or challenges, with a special focus on writers of color and femme, trans, NB, & LGBTQ+ voices. Based in Los Angeles, she sits on the board of Baldwin for the Arts, a nonprofit founded by Jacqueline Woodson that provides residency fellowships to artists of the global majority. @pedrokat
