Phillip Hunsaker is a seminar leader and author with a great deal of experience in researching and implementing organizational effectiveness. He has written hundreds of academic articles and many books, including Communication at Work and You Can Make It Happen: A Guide to Personal and Organizational Change. Hunsaker works as a professor of management in the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Dr. Johanna Hunsaker is a professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of San Diego. She received her PhD and MS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin. Professor Hunsaker previously taught at San Diego State University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has taught internationally in France, Germany, Hong Kong, and Saipan in the Northern Marianas Islands. Much of her professional life has been committed to supporting women in leadership positions.
