Named in honor of The Hogarth Press, founded in 1917 by Virginia and Leonard Woolf, today’s Hogarth publishes fiction and non-fiction by exceptional writers who are deeply engaged with the world, with an emphasis on new and international perspectives. Our authors have won the Nobel Prize, the Pulitzer Prize, the National Book Award, the Booker Prize, the International Booker Prize, and have been finalists for most other major literary awards.
