Over the course of her thirty-seven-year career, Tina has had a variety of roles at Penguin Random House. A driving publishing force behind numerous #1 bestsellers across a wide range of categories, Tina brings her varied experience and unique abilities to provide a strategic and multi-faceted approach to our most important publications. As Publisher, she co-led the publication strategy of A Promised Land by President Barack Obama and Becoming by Michelle Obama. Tina has also overseen strategy for numerous bestselling books and authors, including President George W. Bush, Justice Neil Gorsuch, Tim Tebow, Jennie Allen, John Mark Comer, Mark Batterson, Michael Todd, Charles Krauthammer, and Erik Larson, Peter Thiel and many others. 

CAMPBELL WHARTON, Vice President & Deputy Publisher
Convergent, Forum Books, Image, Ink & Willow, Multnomah, and WaterBrook

Campbell oversees publishing strategy and operations, using his expertise across marketing, sales, and publicity to launch and position books in the marketplace. He has led publications in multiple categories, including celebrity, music, pop culture, social justice, politics, business, religion, and current affairs, working with such notable authors as Tim Tebow, Daymond John, Michael Todd, Austin Channing Brown, Jon Meacham, Jennie Allen, Peter Thiel, Justice Neil Gorsuch, Richard Rohr, and Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Campbell started his publishing career in his native Australia in the production department at Random House. Campbell is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies.

LAURA BARKER, Vice President and Publisher
With more than twenty years of book publishing experience, Laura guides the vision for the WaterBrook and Multnomah imprints, including the adult trade, children’s, and gift programs. She also acquires and edits select titles, primarily in the categories of Christian living, Bible teaching, and faith-based inspirational. Her recent projects include the New York Times bestsellers Find Your People and Get Out of Your Head by Jennie Allen, Be the Bridge by Latasha Morrison, and the children’s book Different—A Great Thing to Be by Heather Avis. Laura’s recent and forthcoming releases include books by Anne Graham Lotz, Katie Davis Majors, and Lisa Tawn Bergren.

SUSAN TJADEN, Executive Editor
Susan joined WaterBrook and Multnomah in 2012. She has edited a wide range of award-winning and bestselling authors, including New York Times, ECPA, Publishers Weekly, and Wall Street Journal bestsellers; Christian Retailing’s Best Award recipients and finalists; and ECPA Book Award recipients. Her roster of authors includes Jordan Lee Dooley, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, Melissa d’Arabian, W. Lee Warren, Mark E. Moore, Kendra Adachi, Mike Donehey, and Rifqa Bary. She works across many categories, including self-help, inspirational, Christian living, memoir, and women’s interest. In addition to her work in nonfiction, Susan oversees WaterBrook’s gift imprint, Ink & Willow, which creates about ten creative products each year, including the award-winning and bestselling coloring book Whatever Is Lovely. Proving that she is equally left- and right-brained, Susan’s first career out of college was serving the federal government for twelve years as an earthquake geologist. A Colorado native, she lives near the mountains, where she can easily indulge her passion of wildlife photography.

DREW DIXON, Executive Editor
Drew acquires and edits titles across a variety of nonfiction genres, including spiritual formation, Christian living, devotional, inspiration, and self-help. The author of Know Thy Gamer: A Parent’s Guide to Video Games, he has edited and written for a wide range of media outlets, including Christianity Today and Christ and Pop Culture, as well as Paste, Relevant, and WORLD magazines. Prior to joining WaterBrook and Multnomah in 2022, Drew managed four Bible Study brands for Lifeway Christian Resources, working with leading authors such as J. D. Greear, Priscilla Shirer, Stephen & Alex Kendrick, and Nicki Koziarz. The cofounder of a dynamic non-profit called Love Thy Nerd, Drew also has served as a pastor and church planter. He holds a BA in Communications, an MDIV in Christian Ministry, and is currently working on an MBA with the University of North Carolina.

SARAH RUBIO, Executive Editor
Sarah spearheads the children’s publishing program for WaterBrook and Multnomah. In addition she acquires and edits children’s picture books as well as selected middle grade titles and YA fiction and nonfiction. Among the authors Sarah has worked with are award-winning author Mitali Perkins, Crystal Bowman, Matt Mikalatos, VeggieTales co-creator Mike Nawrocki, and bestselling authors Amy Parker and Dandi Daley Mackall. Prior to joining the team in 2020, she served as Senior Editor for children’s and young adult titles at Tyndale House Publishers. In addition, she is the author of the picture book Far from Home: A Story of Loss, Refuge, and Hope, which was selected as one of Christianity Today’s Best Books of the Year and was a finalist for a 2020 ECPA Book Award.

WILL ANDERSON, Senior Editor
Will primarily acquires and edits titles in the categories of Christian living, Bible teaching, spiritual formation, and faith-based inspirational nonfiction. In addition to his work editing and writing for a wide range of media outlets, including The Chosen, The Gospel Coalition, Dwell Bible App, Preaching Today, and Relevant magazine, his role on the WaterBrook and Multnomah editorial team is bolstered by fifteen years of pastoral and non-profit experience. Will holds a BA in journalism from Biola University and a MA in New Testament from Talbot School of Theology. He loves the classroom and has taught biblical studies and theology at the high school and college level. As a Southern California resident, Will enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family.

BUNMI ISHOLA, Editor
Bunmi’s primary focus is on children’s books, and she also contributes to the Ink & Willow gift product line. Authors she’s worked with include Dorena Williamson, Caroline Coleman, Lucretia Berry, and Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young. She’s interested in fiction and nonfiction picture books as well as middle grade and young adult novels, specifically stories that authentically explore faith in action, have strong characters, and come from marginalized voices. Bunmi is a member of People of Color in Publishing and Entrusted Women, and serves as the board chair for The Word, A Storytelling Sanctuary, a nonprofit working to build a publishing community that fights for diversity. Prior to working in publishing, Bunmi worked in newspapers and magazines, and as a middle school social studies and English teacher.

JAMIE LAPEYROLERIE, Editor
Before joining the editorial team, Jamie was a Senior Marketing Manager for WaterBrook and Multnomah. She has worked with numerous authors including Jordan Lee Dooley, Tim Tebow, Mark Batterson, Jo Saxton, Vivian Mabuni, and several fiction authors. She has also edited and written for several of Ink & Willow releases including Rise Up: A Coloring Book Celebrating Black Courage, Resilience, and FaithMy Prayer Journey; and 40 Days of Intentional Living. Jamie is actively involved with The Christy’s Advisory Board, ECPA PubU Brain Trust, and various DEI groups that seek to amplify voices of color. Her own writings have appeared in Christ + Pop Culture, Ekstasis Magazine, and Beloved Women. Originally from Southern California, she is now based in Colorado.

ESTEE ZANDEE, Editor
Estee Zandee is Editor at WaterBrook and Multnomah where she focuses her acquisitions on titles that meet the needs and interests of Spirit-filled Christians in the charismatic and Pentecostal movements. Before joining the editorial team, she worked as an editor and collaborative writer for publishers as well as authors such as Mark Batterson, Philip Yancey, and Lisa Bevere. She previously worked as Associate Literary Agent at The Bindery Agency and on the editorial team at Zondervan. Estee regularly guest teaches at universities and conferences and served as a panel judge for the ECPA Christian Book Award program.

LESLIE CALHOUN, Associate Editor
In her role with Ink & Willow, WaterBrook’s creative line of gift products, Leslie’s primary focus is on inspirational, activity, self-help, and mindfulness books. She acquires, edits, and contributes to a wide range of titles, from coloring books and card games to planners and devotionals. The authors on her roster include Jennie Allen, Tama Fortner, Dorina Lazo Gilmore-Young, Anthony Russo, Jackie Brewster, and Mark Batterson. Before joining the editorial team, Leslie served on both the marketing and publicity teams for WaterBrook and Multnomah, working with numerous award-winning and bestselling authors, including Andrew Peterson, Nancy Naigle, Dave Connis, Carlos Whittaker, Robin Jones Gunn, and Mitali Perkins. A native of Washington state, she now lives in Colorado.

KIMBERLY VON FANGE, Associate Editor
Kimberly’s editorial experience spans the gamut from nonfiction books, including Simple Money, Rich Life by Bob Lotich and Lead Me by Matt Hammitt, to children’s books such as The Inventions of God (and Eva) by Dave Connis with art by Amy Domingo, to Ink & Willow gift products like 40 Days of Intentional Living and Simply Christmas. Other authors with whom she works include life coach BJ Thompson, award-winning children’s author Alice Faye Duncan, and children’s author Sara Chinakwe.

LUVERTA REAMES, Editorial Assistant
A graduate of Pace University Publishing Program in New York City, Luverta is an avid traveler and passionate about building communities where bookworms can read, devour, and dissect books. Her to-read pile is ever-increasing as one of the newest members of WaterBrook and Multnomah. She loves day trips, deep-dish pizza, and dessert. Luverta is a mentor with People of Color in Publishing and lives in Charlotte.

JENNIFER REYES, Publishing Manager
Jennifer began her publishing career in 2005 as a publicity assistant before pivoting to editorial. As publishing manager, Jen manages faith-based titles across Convergent, Forum Books, Image, Ink & Willow, Multnomah and WaterBrook imprints. She works closely with the publishing team to oversee the frontlist and backlist titles, prepare timelines, and liaise with the marketing, publicity, and sales team to meet vital deadlines from acquisition to publication.
