Elizabeth Hitti Musicant joined the Dial Delights team in 2026 to help expand the list across all romance subgenres, particularly in contemporary romance, romantic comedies, cozy romantic fantasy, dark romance, paranormal romance, and romantasy (for the Dial list). Before Dial, she was at Atria Books, where she worked with a range of bestselling authors, including Colleen Hoover, Elsie Silver, Penn Cole, Chelsea Curto, Hannah Grace, Ellis Hunter, and Lauren Blakely, while building her own list of authors, such as Helen Scheuerer, Stacy Sivinski, Victoria Lavine, Sonia Tagliareni, and Lena Kiefer.

Elizabeth is looking for stories about strong main characters and the love interests who are obsessed with them.
