Lizzie Poteet is a Senior Editor acquiring primarily in the romance genre. From cozy small towns to dark alleys at night, she’s interested in love stories of all types, spice levels, and categories—especially those with great banter or plenty of yearning. Her favorite things are tropes: whether it’s enemies-to-lovers rom-coms and forced-marriage mafia romances, or “only one bed” holiday romances and “why choose” omegaverse, she loves them all. Prior to joining the team, she worked in editorial at HarperMuse and Thomas Nelson (imprints of HarperCollins), as well as St. Martin’s Press, and also worked as a literary agent. She lives in Nashville with her two dachshunds, Mr. Darcy and Miss Dashwood, in a cottage style home surrounded by antique teacups.
