Raaga began their publishing career as an intern with Hachette Book Group’s sales analytics department, following which they were a part of Atria Books’s marketing and publicity teams. They have had the pleasure of working on books by Marc Lamont Hill, Colton Haynes, Dr. Devon Price, Akwaeke Emezi, and KT Hoffman. Their taste in literature is eclectic, with a preference for fiction centering highly questionable gay and trans characters, biographies/memoirs of artists and revolutionaries, and non-fiction that explores political theory, history, and language. When they are not reading, Raaga can be found trying to catch the perfect sunset.
