Scott joined Penguin Random House in 2006 and oversees the Ballantine Bantam Dell group, where he is proud to help publish some of the biggest authors and brands in the industry. Scott began his career at Simon & Schuster and has held roles in nearly every aspect of publishing, including editorial, finance, sales, and marketing.
